It is the aim of EIKV to offer its Homepage in an up-to-date and complete, as well as in a correct contents-related condition. Nevertheless, the occurrence of errors cannot be wholly excluded.

EIKV shall not assume liability for the up-to-date, contents-related correctness or the completeness of information appearing on its Homepage, unless the errors were included through malice, or gross negligence. This also applies to any damage of a material or intellectual nature of any kind to third parties, attributable to the use of the present web offer.

EIKV reserves all rights, including the right to even partial photo-mechanical reproduction, printing and dissemination using special processes (for example data processing, data supports and data networks).

On our pages, we have entered links to Internet pages, whose contents and updating are not subject to the range of influence of EIKV.
